Thank you for your interest in becoming a Projects 4 Parkinson’s Club member. We gladly accept new members interested in supporting the club’s goal of supporting research to find a cure for Parkinson’s Disease.
Join by completing a paper or online membership form and submitting it with a $10 dues check made out to Projects 4 Parkinson’s. Forms and payment can be placed in the Projects 4 Parkinson’s mail slot in the
Gateway admin building or mailed to:
